“This mixes to a really thick shake. I don’t think i mixed it as well as I could but it still tasted good and I felt energised after my cycle ride (which is unusual)”

“Quick, easy to use and gets extra protein in the system. Recovery is key and on the go can just grab and fill rather than faff with scooping protein in to a shaker and the shaker becoming smelly once used.”
