“Very easy to drink and mixes well. The boys I work with are all big fans, and relieved to see the back of a competitor brand. Definitely recommend trying it if you play rugby or football, or if you do any long durations sports such as cycling or running. 5/5 for me.”

“Really enjoying it. Been taking during training and helped reduce cramp which was becoming a slight issue. Would love more variation of flavours as I’m drinking more frequently than I had envisaged. But will be buying again regardless.”

“Been very good at rehydrating in the morning before I train and also post session, I feel my body recovers a lot better when I have the correct hydration plans before, during and after training. Hydra 10 has been a massive part of this and it tastes great”
