“I used the energy gel prior to a rugby league game, around 10 minutes before kick off and I could feel the effects within the first 15 minutes. Normally I would be feeling the lag towards the last 5 minutes of the half but the boost from the gel definitely increased my energy throughout. Would definitely recommend.”
