“Love it. Comes with small spoon inside for using a 5 gram sample. Doesn’t really taste of much. I mix 5g with water and some lemon squash. Don’t know benefits yet as I have only just started loading phase”

“Not had Creatine before, this seems easy to use. However it doesn’t dissolve that well when mixed but maybe that is normal for creatine?”

I've spoken to our nutritionist about the mixing and he's advised that the Creatine will mix better with the liquid at room temperature.
