As a sportsman, I’m someone that doesn’t always like or want the heaviness of a big, thick & heavy shake that whey protein can sometimes feel like- or having to force it down, but this, this is just like drinking squash. Super Light & tastes good. Brilliant. 10/10 recommend.”
