“Been using for for almost 8days on a loading phase and I'm feeling that this is already aiding my endurance work. I would prefer if there were scoops which match the dosage recommendations rather than having to eye it.”

“Oh yes! Ok so I weigh 54kg and taking 5g straight away was intense…you feel like a walking stinging nettle for half an hour but boy is it worth it! I have more energy and definitely don’t feel as fatigued after training! I take 2g in the morning and 3g in the afternoon-a must have for anyone serious about training Woop woop!”
