How is the effectiveness of the product?

Poor

Excellent

“Very helpful to alleviate stress. Takes a few weeks to become fully effective but I can feel the difference if, for whatever reason, I miss taking the tablets for some days. I have a hectic schedule, caring for an adult with ASD, but when I remember to take them at the correct times [morning and lunchtime] these also help me sleep more easily.”
