“I do find the size of these tablets makes them difficult for me to swallow and digest , but needs must.”

Hi Kathi, Thank you for taking the time to write a review. You may wish to try cutting the tablet in half if you struggle with the size. Do not crush the tablet as it could aggravate the gut.
