Unfortunately, as you selected the Royal Mail International Standard option when placing your order, this is not a tracked service. As per Royal Mail website, their delivery aim to Hong Kong is 6 - 7 working days. https://www.royalmail.com/sending/international/country-guides/hong-kong For International shipments, we are unable to raise a claim with Royal Mail until 25 days from the due delivery date.
