“From the first couple of days I felt a difference in my belly feeling less bloated, definitely have more energy which means I want to do more and can walk for longer with the dog without feeling tired . There has been a couple of days that some fizzy drinks have caused bloating making me feel rough and I've taken an extra one and it's gone within the hour.
It's reduced my cravings alot and also stopped me feeling hungry, I do snack on some sugarybits but I feel full quickly.
No physical weight loss yet but my shape has changed and clothes fit better.
Not sure how long I should take them for, just three weeks in I think, but I will see after the next month how I feel.
