So my report back is very good!
I found them easy to take, you only need two a day and I varies when I took them, sometimes with food other times without.
To be completely transparent taking these has coincided with me starting intermittent fasting so I can’t attribute all my improvements solely to either one however I feel better, stronger, more energised, alert. I’m sleeping better and have less hot flushes I’ve also lost 5kg in weight so I’m super happy.
I’ve had lovely support from the company, wonderful communication and if you’re looking for a supplement that contains many of the things you are probably buying separately then this is perfect for you.
It contains Ashwagandha, biotin, B vits, D3 and K2, sage leaf, Maca, red clover and bacopa extract
I particularly like the fact they have chosen to use methylated versions as they are easier to absorb.
They are powder in capsules so get a from me.
As with all supplements they never answer every problem so don’t expect miracles, having said that I can highly recommend these.”
