“First time we have used, Nationwide and I had no experience of Shoring Bars, but we wanted them to secure loading bikes in our van which we take around the country. We actually couldnt figure out how to get the pin out the bars and so ended up ringing them - which was embarrassing to say we couldnt use them, but Jess in sales was amazing, talked us through how to knock out the pin, which is no mean feat, and how to adjust them, and they are now perfect. Just what we wanted, and very easy to use. Well done to Jess. Give her a pay rise !!”
