“Ordered 200 which were despatched in 3 separate orders on DPD. 1st box original packaging destroyed, arrived after 48 hours in a plastic DPD box. Next 2 boxes arrived 2 days later in good condition. 4th box still missing (over a week), customer serice does respond to messages but can't provide a solution. The review is more to warn that if you order in bulk you might get your order in drips and drabs which is a nightmare to keep track of whilst busy with more important things, than tracking a basic stock item. Call me old fashioned but if I order 200 straps i expect 200 delivered, not 50 damaged followed by 100, followed by another 50 that are yet to/might never arrive.”
