“I ordered these steps on line, paid for them, had the text/email to say they had and received my order, I paid extra for next day service, they never turned up, phoned to speak to the office, every excuse in the book for me not receiving the parts, quick to take your money, appalling customer service, the lady suggested when I told her the equipment was going out on hire on the Monday, that I should ring my customer and delay it, so they can get the part to me!!! I requested to speak to a manager I am still waiting !! After that call when I phoned them they wouldn't answer the phone calls so I sent emails I am still awaiting for an apology. I will never use them again and recommend no one does. Unbelievable why to run a business.”
