“Unfortunately after repeatedly asking yourselves and your supplier directly, we were unable to get any Certificate of Conformity or Material Test certs from you. If your supplier cannot provide these for parts going into Rail/ Road, I would question this from a Safety point of view. We have now had to incur extra costs in getting these twist locks tested independently. The disappointing part was I specifically asked the question before placing the order, if we would be able to have C of C and was told yes - this was even stated on our online order to you.”
