“I am very sorry to say but someone in my family caused trouble with nationwide trailer parts and now they refuse to serve me, I have bought thing before for you and I have never had any trouble but I am now missing the parts I need because you won't serve me, I can only apologise for what ever my family member done, but the way I was spoken to over the phone was appalling by swearing at me and refusing to serve me when I had no idea what it was about I told the guy that spoke to me badly that I have nothing to do with my sister and her husband in which he replied I'm related and to never call again.”
