“Fantastic product and customer service, unfortunately my box arrived damaged so I asked for a replacement box, not only did they send it out the next day they replaced replaced the whole thing including the products! Fantastic service and such a gorgeous gift, thank you”

“Ordered this as a Christmas gift after seeing it on 'This Morning', after ordering I received no confirmation email and no response to further emails. I then went on their Facebook site only to see numerous dissatisfied customers, confirming no communication, finally received some acknowledgement after joining the conversation. It was advertised as coming with a cocktail shaker which Moorhouse advised was incorrect, however, they did agree to provide it with my order. The item itself, the bottles were a good size and the shaker was nice but a bit on the small side. The box was battered and ripped, expensive for what it was but thought it would be a nice gift for Christmas. Unfortunately, this has put me off ordering again from Moorhouse, should have been a bit better prepared for Christmas demand.”
