“I got these to help stay focus after being drained after work. I usually want to unwind but when I try to focus on other projects I enjoy besides work I have a hard time focusing on said task. I do acknowledge that also comes from not getting enough rest which I don't always get but I would have problems staying focus even when I did. I researched the history and other brands of nootropics when I wanted a potential remedy. I choose Mind Lab because they didn't have caffeine as a by product. I took 2 caps in the morning and after 2 weeks I noticed my memory was a bit more sharp. For example..something I probably would have forgotten about for several hours I rembered after maybe 30mins. the focusing on a subject also improved but the best. I do realize they are some things I myself must change and cant expect magic results., but with effort the capsules did their thing so I would recommend and will be refilling soon.
