“Last shipment not received and not refunded. Still awaiting from USPS after submitting a complaint and report of the missing package not reaching my mailbox or parcel box. MindLab Pro did not refund & said i have to take it up with USPS which I am still waiting. If MindLab Pro cannot make this right, then I may have to find another product.”
Hi Timothy, we're really sorry to hear this, we understand how frustrating it is when a parcel is marked as delivered but never reaches you.
I can see that USPS had confirmed the shipment as delivered, and as such, due to privacy and security reasons will only speak to the addressee. I can see that we asked you to contact them directly and then let us know what they say. Did you manage to speak to them at all? They can often see details that aren't available to us, such as the exact delivery location or parcel locker used.
