The benefits continue to build with Mind Lab Pro. To start with, it may be working hard on the 'housekeeping' elements of brain health. The repairs, decreasing oxidative stress, reducing amyloid plaque build-up etc. These are often less immediately 'felt' than the focus or mood benefits. Hey Dave, thanks for the honest review. I can see it's been around a month since you started taking MLP.
Some benefits of MLP may go unnoticed to start with. These are the benefits that go on ‘under the hood’—the repairs, decreasing oxidative stress, reducing amyloid plaque build-up etc. These ones may go unnoticed for a while. But the benefits are cumulative too, so they will build over time.
If you feel like you need a boost, the dosage can be increased to 4 per day if needed. You can always go back down to 2 once you start feeling it more consistently. Try this, and then if you still don't feel it's right for you, you can return any unopened bottles to us (I see you purchased a subscription) and we'll give you a refund on those.
