Hello Anna I wonder if you might have contacted customer services at all if you have received a poor quality item only I have checked through our tickets and cannot see any communication. It saddens us to see such a review given these are a best selling range of Christmas decorations and hundreds have gone out to customers so we would absolutely welcome the opportunity to put right any defective items you might have received. regards
