“Item arrived smashed due to poor wrapping. A replacement was sent out however pitting on the top and missed glazed on the inside of the handle. Emailed regards this to request to replace again and no response. Very disappointed as I have purchased a lot from this company to not get a reply is poor!”

Hi Lisa, I sincerely apologise for the inconvenience with regards to the Busby. We are more than happy to send a replacement. However, I’ve had difficulty reaching you.
