“Stylish and great quality, very elegant. Good website and prompt efficient service on tge part of Layered Lounge. The only problem I've had on the two occasions I ordered was with DPD. The first occasion was a misdelivery which I had to ask Layered Lounge to sort out. This last order was found dumped under a pile of wood in the front garden, in the rain, where it had been for 2 days (I was away). I had asked DPD to deliver to my neighbour (which had been confirmed) who was in all day on the date of delivery. The box was sodden and crumpled and, if it had contained anything other than china, would have been at severe risk of being ruined (though you do pack extremely well). I'm telling you this so you know that DPD are letting your company down. I would definitely think twice about ordering anything more perishable than tableware and even with non perishables, the parcel could easily have been stolen. Its a shame when a great company that clearly takes a pride in their products and service are undermined by another party in this way.”
