Hello, we are so sorry that some of your pieces arrived damaged but sadly sometimes this does happen as we cannot control how couriers handle our products despite packaged them as safely as we can. We do however issue replacements immediately - usually within 24/48hrs - so I trust this has been the case for your order. Rest assured this dinner set is super durable, so we absolutely do not want you to feel cautious. It is one of the best sets in the market and having sold tens of thousands of pieces over 10 years we have yet to have an issue with the quality through everyday use.

“Bought as a Christmas gift for my daughter, gift wrapped do not fully seen as yet. However, beautifully wrapped, carefully packaged and promptly delivered. Good customer service too when I had a minor issue. Really looking forward to watching my daughter open it all.”
