“1 start for the customer service. I ordered this jumper online as a gift for my brother. For some reason, I didn’t receive my order though I got a text saying that it’s delivered. So I contacted customer service and that’s probably the most painful experience I’ve ever had. I found the customer service is not very responsive and I have to send 3-4 emails to remind them my case. I reported my parcel missing on 27th Nov, and until today (17th Dec) I still not get my refund. It’s ridiculous that a company like this takes so long and not yet to sort things out. I am very disappointed and probably won’t buy anything from Kiltane again.”
