About Jericho Coffee Traders:

Kiwi James and his wife Lizzie had always been in love with the idea of having their own coffee business, often scheming about how they would go about starting it up.

The opportunity came in 2009 when they found a beautiful Vespa trike for sale on the side of the road, and both thought: “that needs a coffee machine on the back of it”! And so, Jericho Coffee Traders was born!

Now we have a thriving online business and three locations in Oxford, UK - our Espresso bar on the High Street, our Cafe at the Oxford Castle, and our Cafe & Roastery on Osney Mead - all serving delicious espresso and filter coffees accompanied by locally made pastries and cakes.

I like a cup of coffee, but until now did not realise how much I was missing out on in the world of beans and coffee. The course was well-structured, informative and eye-opening. Ben the host was enuthastic about coffee and everything to do with it. Which meant the learning experience was far more pleasurable. I have already recommended the course to a friend and will be contiuing to order more coffee from JCF. Many thanks Roysto

The course was a Christmas present after i recently bought a Sage coffee machine. I really enjoyed learning more about the origins, roasting and tasting coffee. The course was teacher were relaxed, friendly and very knowledgeable on the subject! If you’re more interested in espresso and latte art this may not be the course for you. If the team at Jericho Coffee Traders have the time to run a course on espresso and latte art I think it would be very popular! Thank you

A well delivered experience, particularly enjoyed the espresso session. I received this as a gift and would recommend to others. Would have enjoyed more on the milk art but certainly not disappointed

I learned a lot about coffee, how to appreciate the flavours of different regions and how to appreciate the effort that goes into speciality coffee. Very interesting and enjoyable
