We are very sorry for any delay in this order reaching you, however I wanted to confirm the following:
- This order is showing as delivered yesterday on 23/01/23
- We were able to arrange this redelivery after you notified us the day before 22/01/23 that the order had not arrived.
- Prior deliveries were attempted (with no answer) on 31/12/22 (3 days after order) and again on 17/01/23 (the day after a re-delivery request was received).
We are very keen to confirm these items arrival and ensure you are 100% satisfied with purchase.
