Honest review about product and service. I loved the unique style of your products, I ordered 3 items at once (maybe should have started with one only). I ordered a backpack and I loved the style and got many compliments BUT within one week of use, the stitches of the liner came out. I now can't carry any laptop in the liner as it's all torn apart within ONE WEEK.
I ordered a chest bag in black color and received the wrong item, you guys asked me to keep the wrong item and didn't ask me to go through with the return process (THANKYOU) (BUT that's an XXL size jacket that I have no use for), I am XXS person. Then you send me the chest bag that I ordered BUT wrong color, you sent me blue/gray color that I hate. and I never received the right item that I paid for and was excited to use.
OVERALL, I LOVE your stuff's style, BUT you need to game up your quality and order fulfillment process. Giving three stars for your style”
