“I love the way the bag looks and feels and the size was perfect. My only issue with the bag was that the straps were put on backwards and thus I had to adjust it versus it being ready to wear directly out of the bag. Clearly a quality control error. Any person could see the lettering was not visible but despite this, I still give it a five and would definitely purchase other items.”
