As a summary for the 2-days session, It was a well paced session and information wasn't given in bulk and left to digest rather was made bitable and easy to absorb. The buildup with the case studies was effective and the reflection on our actions helped a lot in knowledge transfer and applicability. It is my personal opinion, - the E-Learning was very boring and monotonous which actually made our prep towards the course a really sad experience. no pictures/ animations / interactive exercises - in all VERY Disengaging. - I felt the tools were good but too less and at times very basic ~ Questions ~ Feelings which are actually good to refresh but I would like to take more information / tools / tricks / stats / real LIVE scenarios to actually implement a lot more in reality - It would have been amazing to see more depth and different Vantage points when it comes to the impact of the behavior portrayed or exhibited during scenarios or situation. - We all did our versions of Negotiations but to take us through a scenario where # we undergo the experience # actions /practice in reality # connect back to actual LIVE reality in term of NEG. - what clicked /what didnot / what were the enablers / what was the lever, etc All the information was given in bits but the collection was left to individual scenarios. - I was also expecting to know more of Body Language scenarios, # different expresssions # Different gestures and more what do they mean in the world of negotiations

A thoroughly enjoyable, well-structured course. It was good to take a step back and think about my current negotiating style and to be able to develop a clear action plan for where I need to improve. Alan was a great tutor and the group worked really well together. I learnt a lot and I can think about applications in various parts of my work (and non-work!) life.
