Good. Better than I expected. some parts on 2nd day were rushed but I understand this is a shorter course of only 2 days.

I thoroughly enjoyed the course last week. I thought Janet was a very good trainer, who was extremely good at spending time working with each group member to ensure that the course was relevant and understood in context to their sales working life. I thought the information and research which the course was built on also had some very interesting points could be very easily applied to a range of sales environments and experiences. Whilst i understand that the research was predominantly built on findings from cold calling centres, and other quick sales cycles, one area which i would have liked to explore more is pitching at different points in the sales cycle, i.e in meetings, or how the findings could be applied there. However overall i thought it was a really useful and i am looking forward to applying some of the techniques in my own sales experiences.

Thought the Training Course was well put together and the Course Setup was well organised and directed. Apart from the industry im in was completely different to the other members of the class, I have taken away a lot which will stay with me and be of great benefit moving forward.

In general, a very good course for the short sale. In my specific business (major/complex sale, currently using the SPIN model), I will make us of the PITCH model mostly for Outbound purposes, where I have less time with the customers, I can offer VALUE very early in the sale ...
