“I've ordered the 5k Timothy Hay a number of times and usually I'm very pleased with it but this latest box was quite dusty, quite short, thin stems which my buns don't seem too keen on. Usually the stems are thick and very long but maybe I just got a dodgy box. Fingers crossed next time I order it will be an improvement and back to the previous quality.”
