The app can be a little hit and miss on wifi but fine on bluetooth, it needs a software tweak I think.
I've had this for18 months and not a single problem.
Make sure to switch off any unused sockets on the unit as this can drain the battery if left for long periods, plus keep the flaps open if using the case as the unit needs ventilation when in heavy usage.
Great product and I would highly recommend it to anyone.
