“Bought this as an emergency standby for home use and dual fuel version as LPG does not go stale as petrol does. House has a professionally installed connection with appropriate switch gear. Came in a very sturdy box and was well packed. A little heavy to easily move in and out of the box so utilised the box by inverting it. All that was needed was to connect the battery and add oil and fuel. started eventually when connected to the correct fuel. LPG not connected and selected wont ever start!!
Using correct fuel started straight away. Ran for a while to bed in then connected to house. With energy management, it runs nearly all appliances even a kettle provided nothing else is running. This will supply all my needs in the event of a power outage. My only criticism is that that online literature say it is 58 decibels and as my Honda 1kw is 68 dcb and acceptably quiet, 58 would be marvelous. However box has label giving it as 84 dcb which is not excessively noisy but noisier than I was expecting which is why 4 stars for 5-star kit.”
