“The original unit arrived faulty, not charging from AC mains and tripping my house RCD every time I plugged it in, so it loses one star for that. However Hampshire Generators were great and replaced it and the new unit is fantastic. Plenty of power. Software updates are straightforward via the Bluetti phone app. It will even function as UPS.”
