“I’ve ordered refills many times and very happy with the service. The only point I would make is the packaging always always completely bashed in, the boxes are very flimsy. This doesn’t really affect the bag of beans although once it was dirty where the box was almost destroyed. Otherwise great product and very quick service.”
“Easy to use bags. Material is much stronger than it seems! Only concern is that the "beans" seem to squash down quite quickly so the bean bag will need topping up. I don't sit on it just use it as a footstool and dog bed!”

“Good idea - very cheap execution! The stockinette is of exceedingly poor quality. 3 floppies came with ladders and began leaking as soon as I began packing them in, despite ensuring they didn't snag on the zips. The large ones are redundant as the way the instructions are written it is very difficult to pack them in. Also, given both, the slab and couch I ordered sagged within a few days, send double the amount of floppies with each order.”
