“Paid £200 for a so called Bean Bag sofa. Laughable! What arrived was a big cushion. You had to try and mould it into a sofa. Impossible! I expected it to be in the shape of a sofa or at least a pattern and stitches would have been used at various points to reflect a sofa shape. Non existent! Rip off!”
