“How refreshing to get such good service from a company.
We ordered two indoor/outdoor bean bag chairs and straight away realised that the Large was a bit on the small size and that XL was going to be more suitable. We got straight on to GBB and they couldn't have been more helpful saying it wasn't a problem and asking when we would like to receive them. We paid the difference and two days later we had the replacements..... pretty impressive. They look well made, are very comfortable and paying a little more for the larger size is well worth the extra expense. Thank you”
