“We've had a great experience with the delivery & returns process. They have made it easy to communicate and receive a refund. Their level of customer service has been outstanding. Unfortunately, we did return our 3 seater sofa bean bag because it did not meet our specific, individual needs but it would have been perfect for anyone else. The cover was nice and durable, there was plenty of filling beads and it was easy to assemble.”
