“Good idea, very poor execution! Hence not assembled in-store. This time, the recommended floppies for each area were too little. I had ordered 6 extra floppies which it took easily - even then it became limp after 3 days. It is exceedingly difficult to fill. Suggest altering design - make more segments and fill them in the factory so assembly is by zipping them together with the cover then covering all. Send extra floppies as standard, otherwise it appears the aim is people only order small, pre-filled (no floppies) or order a larger item once! You can do much better!! Also, there seemed to be a seam missing between base of arm rest and seat. Thus, more floppies added to inner compartment and extra added to outer compartment of seat. Still, it has sagged. The armrests are fine - but only from experience! Please reread the instructions and floppies per segment; these look like new pamphlets and I think have an error”
