I've had one before (a size bigger), which is still going strong, no real signs of wear after almost 4 years.
One thing I would say is that they tend to be quite hard on arrival, but get floppier with time and use - my older one is just about perfect now, but the new one is nowhere near as comfy yet. Could you supply (as an optional extra maybe) some way of safely removing and storing some of the beans in an eco-friendly way, so that ideal floppiness could be enjoyed from the start and they could be put back later as needed? I've improvised with plastic bags this time but they're the wrong shape and the static causes havoc during the transfer... How about an empty "mini bean bag" that could be filled from the main one and used as a cushion until the beans are needed to go back in? Saving storage space in the meantime.”
