“These are EXTREMELY hard to fit. Unlike the video when they are easily snapped shut, no amount of force would close them. Contacted the store by email and they replied quickly on a Sunday explaining the cold was likely making the outer cable hard and connector pins unable to break through. They suggested lightly tapping in with hammer, and doing this worked. So happy now and the support was great, but these are not as easy to fit at least in cold as videos / text suggests.”
