Generally I think the website shop could be a lot easier to use. Having an ability to paws subscription or move it to another date would be helpful and I think generate more profit for the business. At the moment if I'm not ready to re-order I just stop the subscription with the only option to change it to manual payment. It then is relying on me to go back and do it. If I had the ability to choose a date in the future and set the money to be taken then I would do that.”
