“Reliability and Support are Non-Existent
Don’t trust Profwiz Corporate for large migrations. Key features failed right before my cutover date, and support completely ghosted me when I needed them most. It's frustrating to pay for a "Corporate" tier only to be met with silence during a high-stakes migration. If you have a hard deadline, look elsewhere.”

I've just read through your ticket and I can see that there is no reply to our last response on your ticket on 24th January at 08:34 UK time. We didn't have an response on the ticket so we didn't have anything to reply to.
Perhaps the mail was filtered or blocked for some reason. Unfortunately, we didn't receive an email from you after the 24th January.
Maybe a new email (not a reply or a forward) as a chase / to check that may have helped avoid whatever the reason was for it being blocked or filtered.
