“No unit even though promised 48 hour delivery... useless, haven't even bothered to contact me. Thanks ... our builder is waiting to do our breakfast and cannot complete”

“Two of the panels where damaged when I received the unit, I contacted the customer service and they asked me to send some photos which I did, they then asked me where the damaged would be when constructed, l constructed it and most of the damage was not visible apart from some in the interior of the unit, I was offered £10 which was increased to £15 when I said I didn't think that was a fair offer, if I hadn't destroyed the packaging I would have returned it, I just think it was a much cheaper option for your company for me to except it as it was rather than having to send it back and having something you couldn't resell then send me out a new one.”
