“There was nothing wrong with the product but the service from this company was nothing short of dreadful. I had to phone Customer Services on three separate occasions (frequently not answered) to chase non-delivery. 1st time it was blamed on the postal strike; 2nd time I was told it was already despatched with ParcelForce and promised tracking details (which did not arrive). After 3rd call it suddenly arrived 16 days after the online order by DX ! - why not just tell the truth? I will not use them again.”
