“Absolutely fuming with the charge for this sample. It is smaller than half an A4 sheet of paper, gives zero chance of you getting any idea whatsoever of what the worktop would look like, not even a clue. On top of this, the price is just an insult. I have had samples of plain worktops sent for free so assumed (my mistake clearly!) at this price it would be a reasonable size. What a rip off. Disgraceful. How can you trust them for worktops if they con you for samples?”
