“Absolutely appalling service; I will never ever use you again. Very poor communication; no responses at all to emails or phone calls which simply ring out! Despite being told it has shipped it has not been delivered even though I paid extra for next day delivery. I have raised a complaint with PayPal and Trading Standards as at best you are incompetent and at worst crooks!”
