“Hi This item is damaged. One shelf has several cracks in it, the other is losing its coating. See attached pics. Whether this has happened in transit or manufacture, I don’t know, as the packaging has no apparent damage. Instead of replying to my email sent yesterday requesting a returns label etc & advice on collection, you've now asked for a review........”
