“We initially did a live chat as we were unsure if the units were suitable for us; we were very impressed by the speedy response to our queries. The units arrived swiftly even though we opted for the free delivery and we were able to track their arrival time. There was a large hole in one of the boxes when it was delivered - even though the box was clearly labelled 'Fragile'. Luckily, this turned out to be in a void in the parcel rather than the until itself being damaged. The instructions were minimal and the diagrams that there were were small and hard to decipher. It would have been helpful to have more detailed, clearer physical instructions or perhaps a link to a demo of the units being fitted. The units themselves are very heavy and solid and they seem to be good quality; we were able to fit them with basic tools in a couple of hours.”
